I am Danaja Padovac, a 26-year-old artist from Kočevje, who has established herself in the art world with a wide range of skills that include conservation-restoration, painting, illustration and graphic design. I perfected my creative mission by studying at the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana, where I specialized in restoration-conservation of works of art.
My artistic journey has been filled with a number of achievements, including children's book illustrations, solo exhibitions, and collaborations with renowned companies including Adidas and Vina Fornazarič. I aim to combine aesthetics, technical skill, and personal expression with my work.
I developed a passion for art in elementary and high school, and then upgraded it by studying at the Academy of Fine Arts. I look forward to every new opportunity to express my creativity and participate in new projects. I am open to new challenges, so I am available for potential collaborations and opportunities. Illustrated another children's book.

Won a competition to paint the window of a Kočevje pharmacy.
Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Ljubljana under the mentor Tamara Trček Pečak and co-mentor Ajda Mladenovič, the title of her thesis is "A Copy as a Possible Way of Protecting the Wall Painting of St. Christopher in Veliki Poljani near Ribnici".
She first illustrated the children's book "Does Santa Claus Exist?" by Aleksandar Župančič, and the conceptual design for the book was provided by Rebeka Dremelj.
She organized a charity auction with the Association of Friends of Youth, drew a portrait of Luka Dončić and donated it to charity.
Worked at the restoration center in Ljubljana, performing restoration work on a project of found fragments of a Roman fresco that were discovered during the renovation of the Museum Square in Celje.
Taught courses at Art Courses in Ljubljana.
Studying at the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana, majoring in restoration and conservation of works of art.
